Don't be a jerk. Don't use our AI to generate malicious content or break the internet.
2. Ownership
The designs you generate are yours. Use them for your startup, your agency, or your cat's Instagram.
3. Subscription
Pro accounts are billed monthly. Cancel anytime, and your pro features remain active until the end of original period.
4. Liability
We aim for 100% uptime, but tech happens. We're not responsible for missed deadlines if the AI decides to take a nap.
